It looks less like shared luvs and more like endurance to me, with the dog "checking-in" with the camera person to read for approval with eye contact followed by a lip lick, which can signify uncertainty or anxiety.
While it's a cute vid in concept, I"m wondering if it was set up to look like something it's not.

I wouldn't be surprised if the dog was salted with something in advance of the cow licking and filming.
