If a lice was doing such a thing as Tarzan then the hair would be more like pole vaults one to another not vines because there's nothing to hold the vines up there. Huh. That's why it's ridiculous.
Their little lice legs need to move like mechanical watch parts, which is the creepiest thing about watching ticks move on a host--scrabbling tick-tock legs.

Just shave your head and the lice will go away. It was okay when Ripley did it in Aliens.

Mesmerized as I was by the swinging back and forth, I didn't make it to the comb-out, which miraculously showed up today to my surprise.
Perhaps I subconsciously did not want to see what was coming next, super or otherwise.
