Robert Spencer on 5 ways Muslims contributed to building fabric of America

Noticed in the sidebar of PJMedia sites, it is not complimentary and it is short but spread over five pages, clicking through each mini essay of a single paragraph, maybe two, is impressive if the presentation is entirely one sided. Going backwards countdown style, reversed they are basically:

1. the existence of TSA, thank you very much
2. vastly weakened economy, 9-11 was literally a $1 to $1M payoff
3. the existence of the U.S. Marines
4. the business of American slavery
5. conquering Constantinople leading to Columbus

All good points and well explained but not what one expects by its title. Recommended, if only for sharpened polemics.

In the same vein, why not throw improved prosthetic surgery techniques and battlefield medical technology? Also, the impetus for drone technology in general.

Plus, giving us Obama, fracking, and societal polarization. Did I mention the source of all that CO2 causing global warming?

There's also the build-up of the great Swiss banks to laud! That's where the petro-princes stash their mullah.

And the gift that keeps on giving, the dreaded but highly elusive anti-Muslim backlash.

What about the zero as a placeholder? Both the arithmetic one and the political one. Weren't they both both of Islam?

I'm currently reading Jake Tapper's "The Outpost: An Untold Story of American Valor". It's just amazing how most of the middle east has almost zero technology that they themselves have produced. Everything they fight with, communicate with, and most of the post stone age convinces they live with come from other cultures. It's a one way flow.

I made a major discovery about this Mac Air. When it did a re-install the keyboard became more sensitive and every stray keyboard move is translated to something wild that I don't want that skips all around and highlights the wrong line and deletes it all sorts of insane frustrating things.

To make the whole keyboard less sensitive. Press opposite corners of the touch pad to bend it around whatever is underneath it, it bulges slightly in the center. Then trade opposite corners an do the same thing. Voila! Magically fixed. Keyboard less sensitive and I can go back to my clumsy bear paws typing.

I'll give you one way Muslims can contribute to the fabric of America. Extinction.

When Gene Roddenberry was asked why all ethnic groups except Arabs were represented in Star Trek he replied "Because it's in the future.". *

*not a true story. Yet.
