Fourteen people were confirmed killed and 14 more wounded in a mass shooting at a San Bernardino community social services building.
“We do have some preliminary numbers of upwards of 14 people that are dead and upwards of 14 people that are injured,” said Chief Jarrod Burguan of San Bernardino Police.
The shooting that was first reported at about 10:59 a.m. at the Inland Regional Center, 1365 South Waterman Avenue. The gunfire erupted in a conference room being rented by an outside group, according to Mary Beth Fields of the Inland Regional Center. She said she was not aware of which outside group, but another worker told reporters he believed the group was a San Bernardino County public agency. (read more)

Already another report of active shooter at Kirkland AFB in New Mexico that caused a real lockdown that was quickly lifted after no one could substantiate the shooting claim. Tuning in later reduces stress, improves accuracy, and prevents journalists from changing the world.

Law enforcement officials have identified Syed Farook as one of the suspected shooters who attacked a center for the disabled in San Bernardino, California, according to NBC News. The Daily Beast has learned that the police have just executed a search warrant at a Redlands, California address—an address that belongs to Farook’s family.
Police pursued a car leaving from the Redlands address, Chief Jarrod Baraugan said at a Wednesday evening press conference. A male and female suspect were inside the car, and both of them have been killed. Both of the suspects were armed with assault rifles and handguns, Baraugan said. Police have apprehended a third man, but have not identified his relation to the attacks yet.

Allen, He was a County bureaucrat. I worked for the County govt. in KC. Govt. employees are angry people who sit in cubicles and constantly complain. They spend hours daily on the taxpayers dime, eating lunch, talking on the phone and watching porn. I read a comment from a coworker who shared a cubicle w/ this shitbird. The coworker said, "He spent most his time out in the field." That's when govt. employees go to movies, ball games, shopping, etc. Apparently this guy was out in the field training for a massacre. rcocean, Some govt. employees do work and some do work hard. They are a distinct minority. I have worked for the Federal govt., County govt,. large corporation, medium sized biz, and run my own small biz. So, I have a unique perspective. There has always been a different work ethic between the public and private sector. It has become a chasm in my professional life. Being a PI, I have almost daily contact w/ public employees getting records. I seek out the good ones in the courts, DMV, police, etc. That is a key to success, finding the good govt. employees. It has gotten tougher and tougher over my 3 decades.
Regarding the immigrant employees. I have noticed, particularly in large bureaucracies like the DMV, a drastic increase in black, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, college educated, bureaucrats working govt. jobs. The main reason is affirmative action. It's not that white folks don't want the jobs.
Clearly we need to get background checks before you can become a government employee, although I would prefer an outright ban on them. Private Lives Matter!

I have an FBI buddy who retired in NM. If an employee @ Los Alamos gets as little as a DUI they do a complete background investigation.
