"Joe Biden said to be considering one-term presidency"

“And one thing that I keep hearing about Biden is that if he were to declare and say, because age is such a problem for him if he does, I want to be a one-term president. I want to serve for four years, unite Washington. I’ve dealt with the Republicans in Congress all my public life,” [Carl] Bernstein told CNN’s “New Day.”

“He’s looking at it right now. His people believe he may do it. Some say yes, some say no. But the distrust factor with Hillary Clinton, the whole Trump excitement and bubble that will probably burst gives a great opportunity to Biden to capture the imagination of the press, of this race, of Democrats who don’t want to see Hillary Clinton, who are worried about the distrust factor with her,” Bernstein added."

One term? What would that term be?

"Derp" or "Yowza, Mama" or perhaps "Not guilty, your Honor" Oh sorry, that last one would be for Hillary.

I think a Biden bid for the Presidency would be doomed if he explicitly sets out to prolong the Obama agenda: open borders, terrible trade pacts, dealing with the enemy, stoking racial enmity, etc. The DNC needs to make a clean break from its present direction. I think that all the D candidates know that but they fear the consequences of doing so.

The only term I want to see these people suffer is the one where they are being lowered six feet under.

Joe's hair is thinning out again on the top. How would he look with Trump's rug?

Uncle Joe as president would be liberal, he would lie from time to time, and he would do some stupid things, but he would also be a more or less normal Democrat president who does not hate the USA and deliberately and knowingly act against its best interests. In that respect he would be a breath of fresh air after 8 years of the worm currently in office.

How 'bout a None Term President.

The best One Term President we ever had was James Polk (or President Knox, as the chakra from St Albans once called him). He kept all his campaign promises and went back to TN (I've always wondered, if Col Crockett hadn't bucked Old Hickory over the Trail of Tears and not ended up in TX, would he have been that President? but then he wouldn't have been Davy Crockett).

Joe is no James Polk. for one thing, Polk was one of our smartest Presidents.

Joe is also senile and so full of himself, it's a joke. He was one of the front men in the lies about Iraq, so whether he would act against the best interests of the country is really up for grabs, and is a legendary Corruptocrat (who do you think made your credit card rates so crazy?).

A normal Democrat we do not need. James Polk we need.

Given a choice between Hillary, Bernie, Gore, Warren, and Biden, Biden seems the least painful. He has a kind of soporific effect. The end, when it comes, will be relatively peaceful. He's a morphine cocktail. The others are traumatic accidents.
