"15-year-olds to get state-subsidized sex-change without parents knowing"
"The list of things 15-year-olds are not legally allowed to do in Oregon is long: Drive, smoke, donate blood, get a tattoo -- even go to a tanning bed.

But, under a first-in-the-nation policy quietly enacted in January that many parents are only now finding out about, 15-year-olds are now allowed to get a sex-change operation. Many residents are stunned to learn they can do it without parental notification -- and the state will even pay for it through its Medicaid program, the Oregon Health Plan."

Start shooting government officials. Randomly. Teach them fear.

A confused kid gets loused up for life because It Takes A Village.

And when it commits suicide because it doesn't fit in?

And the state will react like the city fathers in San Fiasco to the Steinle murder.

Committees of Vigilance also work well.

Why 15, anyway? Why not let 14 year olds do this too, and 12, and even 6 year olds?

Vice President Joe Biden said Thursday that anti-discrimination legislation for LGBT people is the next battle to fight after the Supreme Court effectively legalized same-sex marriage. "There are 32 states where you can be married in the morning and fired in the afternoon," he told a crowd at an event hosted by the Freedom to Marry group. "This next door is gonna be a hell of a lot easier to open." In addition, he called the total fight for LGBT equality "the civil rights issue of our generation." Biden told the story of his father seeing a gay couple and telling him "they live with each other, it's simple." Evan Wolfson, who interned for Biden, credited him with stopping Robert Bork's nomination to the Supreme Court in 1987, which gave way to Anthony Kennedy's nomination. Kennedy was the deciding vote and author of the majority opinion in the same-sex case this month.

I'm starting to think that is the Progressive motive for pushing this. Pushing eugenics, as they've done in the past, isn't a winning issue. But allow children to get abortions and sex changes without parental permission will eventually provide the same results as eugenics. While allowing children to have OTC meds for a cold, headache, or cramps without a parental note means suspension, because it serves no value to Progressives.

There's an advantage to 15. At 16 , the Oregon government can progressively track your drive from the high school, to the sex change clinic.

Best to keep it at 15.
