My office is 15 miles from that fire. The smoke was amazing. We thought a plane had crashed because it was thick black smoke, and it was obvious the area was very large.
The construction worker was really calm and using his head. Plus....in pretty damn good shape to be able to do that maneuver from one balcony to another.

I thought the guy should have dropped down and swung onto the lower balcony earlier than he did.
Still he was a cool dude who is probably still shaking.
