Hawaiian does, but most of those are glottal stops, what ain't got no letter for in proper American talk.

And others have those two umlaut dots to denote a sound change.

And we do too, Booboo, like book and cook and aardvark and cooperation and bee and see and pee, and tee, and vacuum cleeneer
